This license covers the Siteplane UI Pro items (“Pro items”): the Patterns, Sections and Templates that Siteplane UI Pro delivers through its registry and lists in the Siteplane UI documentation, including those published later. The Siteplane UI Components are licensed separately under the Siteplane UI License.
Licensees
A Solo license is for one person. A Team license is for up to 10 people who work for the license holder. Only licensees may use the license key. A license obtained free during early access grants the same rights as a paid one and stays valid when Siteplane UI Pro becomes paid.
Permitted
- Install, use, copy and modify the Pro items.
- Use them in any number of end products for yourself, your employer or your clients, including commercial ones. An end product is an application or website whose purpose is not to supply user interface source to others.
- Keep the Pro items in the private source repository of such an end product and share it with the people who work on that end product.
Not permitted
- Redistributing, selling, sublicensing or publishing the Pro items as source, original or modified, for example in public repositories, packages, downloads, templates, themes or snippets.
- Using the Pro items in a product that supplies user interface components, templates, design systems, UI kits or page builders to others, free or paid.
- Sharing the license key with anyone who is not a licensee.
- Removing this notice from copies of the Pro items.
These limits also apply to versions of the Pro items that are reproduced, translated or rewritten, with AI tools or by any other means.
Updates
New versions and new Pro items published while Siteplane UI Pro is offered are covered. Versions you received remain usable under this license.
End of the license
The license ends with a refund or withdrawal and when you breach it. After that you may no longer use the Pro items.
