Terms of Sale
Last updated 14 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to Siteplane UI Pro licenses obtained at ui.siteplane.io from Lukas van Uden, Siteplane UI, Lichtenrader Str. 55, 12049 Berlin, Germany, ui@siteplane.io (“we”), whether paid or free in early access. The Siteplane UI Components are free under the Siteplane UI License and are not part of an order.
2. Product
Siteplane UI Pro gives access to the Siteplane UI Pro items, the Patterns, Sections and Templates, delivered as source code through our registry for the shadcn CLI. A Solo license is for one person; a Team license is for up to 10 people. What you may do with the Pro items is set out in the .
3. Contract
The pricing page is not a binding offer. By clicking the button that completes the order at checkout you make a binding offer; we accept it by showing your license key and sending it to you by email. The contract language is English.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are one-time prices in US dollars. No VAT is charged under the small business scheme (§ 19 UStG). Stripe processes the payment; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. A promotion code can reduce the price, down to zero. During early access, Siteplane UI Pro is free: the price at checkout is zero and no payment details are needed. When early access ends, new licenses cost the price then shown on the pricing page; licenses obtained during early access stay valid and keep their updates under section 6.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital: your license key appears right after checkout and is sent to you by email. With the key you can install every Pro item through our registry.
6. Updates
Your license covers all updates and all new Patterns, Sections and Templates we publish for as long as we offer Siteplane UI Pro. Versions you received stay usable under the license if we stop offering it.
7. 14-day money-back guarantee
For a paid license, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason: email ui@siteplane.io. With the refund your license and key end, and you may no longer use Pro items installed with it.
8. Right of withdrawal
For paid licenses, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the .
9. Defects
The statutory rules on defects apply.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
